In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ma777", "we", "us", "our" refers to the ma777 platform operating at https://ma777.ws and its operators.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the ma777 platform.
• "Platform" means the ma777 website, all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, game lobbies, and payment processing systems accessible via ma777.ws.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you upon completing the ma777 registration process.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions on the ma777 Platform are conducted.

• "Real Funds" means BDT deposited directly by you into your ma777 account from a verified payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process that ma777 requires in order to process withdrawals and confirm account eligibility.

By registering an account on the ma777 platform, accessing any game, placing any bet, initiating any deposit or withdrawal, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ma777 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

ma777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Access to and use of the ma777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout the period during which you maintain a registered account:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to register or operate accounts.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by yourself through the ma777 account tools or by any third-party body.
• You must not have had a previous ma777 account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

ma777 may request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by ma777 support will result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and betting functionality on the account until verification is completed.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ma777 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred BDT payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. ma777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your username and password. You must notify ma777 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

ma777 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All deposits to your ma777 account must be made using one of the following BDT-denominated payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), or Upay. Deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name are not permitted.

Deposits are credited to your ma777 account balance in Bangladeshi Taka following confirmation of payment from your mobile wallet provider. ma777 does not apply any deposit fee; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply standard transaction charges in accordance with their own terms of service.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed within the ma777 Cashier section at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at ma777's discretion with reasonable prior notice.

ma777 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if, upon review, the transaction is found to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name that has been used for at least one prior deposit on your ma777 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Before a withdrawal request can be processed, your account must have completed the ma777 KYC verification process. KYC documentation typically required includes a government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your Bangladesh residential address issued within the previous three months.

Verified withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes:

• bKash and Nagad: Within 1–4 hours of approval during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) and Upay: Within 4–24 hours of approval.

Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard processing hours may experience delays. ma777 will communicate any extended processing times via the in-platform notification system or by email to the address registered on your account.

ma777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems to require enhanced due diligence, including but not limited to withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 per transaction.

ma777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including but not limited to a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonus Funds are credited to the bonus wallet. Real Funds and Bonus Funds are tracked separately within your account.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the offer terms published at the time the bonus is made available.
• Bonus Funds may only be wagered on qualifying games as specified in the individual offer. Certain game categories, including live dealer games or high-RTP slots, may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations.

Each game and betting market available on the ma777 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface or betting market page. In the event of any conflict between the specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the game outcome; these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.

Results generated by ma777's Random Number Generator (RNG) games are certified as fair. The outcome of any bet, once confirmed, is final. ma777 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the player, including bets placed at incorrect stake amounts or on incorrect selections.

For sports betting markets, including live cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other events, odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the odds are fixed for that bet. ma777 reserves the right to void any sports bet in circumstances where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where there is credible evidence of match manipulation or corruption.

Maximum payout limits per bet and per game session apply and are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout will be capped at the published maximum.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ma777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity to make deposits on the ma777 Platform.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or software vulnerabilities in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in live casino games or any other multiplayer format.
• Attempting to circumvent ma777's self-exclusion or responsible gaming controls.
• Engaging in any activity that places an undue burden on ma777's technical infrastructure or that could disrupt the experience of other players on the Platform.

All content on the ma777 Platform, including but not limited to the ma777 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data compilations, is the proprietary intellectual property of ma777 or its third-party licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal recreational gaming and betting, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ma777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ma777 shall not be liable to you for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if ma777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ma777's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds held in your ma777 account at the time the cause of action arose.

ma777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance shall not constitute a breach of these Terms by ma777.

ma777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within every registered player account at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds to control their spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based alerts to notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted in accordance with, and governed by, the laws and legal principles applicable to the jurisdiction in which the ma777 Platform operates.

In the event of any dispute between you and ma777 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith direct negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration procedures.
